Chickasaws show off power in wins

With an undefeated week that included six home runs and outscoring their opponents by a combined score of 75-2, the Class 3A 13th ranked Chickasaw softball team dominated the competition.
The biggest matchup was against Class 2A 13th ranked Emmetsburg on Saturday at New Hampton’s home tournament. The Chickasaws won this game handily by a score of 7-0.
Kayla Crooks, Alexa Wemark and Sadie Tenge combined for a trio of home runs that helped pave the way to the victory.
