Killer errors hampers TV in regular season finale

Lead Summary

Gladbrook-Reinbeck threw a 1-2 punch at Turkey Valley's baseball team as they combined a very good pitching display with a solid batting effort when they hosted the Trojans last Thursday.    But it was the TV boys that delivered their own knockout punch.    "We were in the game until we started to boot the ball around," said coach Dan Stepan. "And they were killer errors, in that they were easy plays."    Evan Busta allowed four of the runs in the 9-0 Trojan loss and Cale Reicks the other five, but there wasn't an earned run between the pair of pitchers as six errors hampered the team tremendously.    "We pitched well enough to win, need to play better D."
