Late surge pushes TV past Warriors

Lead Summary

During the regular season, Turkey Valley won each of two the meetings against South Winneshiek fairly easily, defeating them by an average of 19 points.
It looked as though the Trojans were going to cruise to another comfortable victory over them in the district semifinal, as they built up an 8-0 lead after the first two minutes.
However, from that point forward, it was far from easy for TV, as they found themselves in a tight battle against the Warriors before eventually claiming the win 57-44 in this affair held on Tuesday night at Nashua-Plainfield High School.
