Locals and outsiders help make Mid-Summer a success

Lead Summary

This past weekend, the New Hampton Golf and Country Club hosted their 37th annual Mid-Summer, and coordinator Ryan Rausch believes this year’s event exceeded the expectations.
“This has been by far the most well-prepared we’ve ever been in the five years I’ve been running it,” Rausch said. “We fell an hour behind due to weather, but the volunteers were a great help. They helped the golf tourney go smooth.”
A total of 72 pairs participated in this year’s tournament, as individuals from all over the country traveled to New Hampton to partake in this contest.
