McDonald nabs first victory in the minors

New Hampton High School graduate Cole McDonald notched his first win for the Tri-City ValleyCats on Monday, August 5.
With the score tied at 0-0 heading into the seventh, McDonald entered the game in relief and hurled the final three innings, allowing one run on four hits and one walk while setting five batters down on strikes.
Tri-City nabbed the victory in the bottom of the ninth inning by a score of 3-1 via a walk-off home run.
