Music parents appreciate community’s support

We would like to send out a big thank you to everyone who supported the New Hampton Music Parents concession stand at all of the New Hampton home football games this year. The Music Parents use the funds generated from the concession stand to enhance the band and choir programs.The group pays to have the choir robes and band uniforms dry cleaned and pressed. They also help cover some contest fees, extra music for the students, and if possible, subsidize a portion of the music trip. As you can see, your support of the concession stand is greatly appreciated.It takes a lot of manpower to work at the stand each Friday night.The Music Parents would like to thank the Mercy Hospital crew and First Citizen’s Bank for coming in two different Friday nights and working a varsity game. This allowed the band parents to watch their band students perform. Many thanks to these two businesses for helping us. It is great working with them!New Hampton Music Parents also provide a concession stand to the visiting side of the stadium.We would like to thank Grant and Krissy Anderson for the use of their concession trailer.And our thanks to State Bank for the use of their golf cart to carry food items to the visitors’ concession stand. We couldn’t provide this service without them!Thank you. We are New Hampton proud!
