N-P girls put together solid performances

Lead Summary

A team doesn’t lose the likes of Dallas Weiss, Kaylee Eggers, Genevieve Reams, Briley Fisher and Aubry Bienemann and not face a bit of a rebuilding project.  But despite losing a deep, talented senior class to graduation, coach Kristi Hannemann believes her 2017 Huskies have plenty of potential.  “We don’t have the superstars maybe that we did last year,” she said, “but we have 26 girls who are very hard workers and who are driven to succeed.”  And the Huskies showed plenty of potential in their outdoor season opener last week at the West Fork Early Bird.  The 4x400 team of Britney Holthaus, Emma Sinnwell, Kaylee Cerwinske and Morgan Kapping gave the Huskies their only win, and they did so in a time of 4:27.15.  For all the Nashua-Plainfield results of the meet, please see the April 6 Reporter.
