Lead Summary

The Turkey Valley football team is coming off of a season that saw them boast a record of 8-1 in the regular season before losing to the eventual state runner-up Rockford in the playoffs in a heartbreaker by a score of 64-58.
Even though they had an excellent year in 2018, the reason Trojan fans should be even more excited for this season is because they return nearly every starter - six of the eight on both the offensive and defensive side.
“The benefit of bringing back most of the team from last year is the experience level that we have,” senior quarterback Ethan Leibold said.
